Jack O’Neill - man, soldier, leader.
(I’m thinking I wanna make one of these for all of the original SG-1.)
Stargate SG-1 4.14 | the serpent’s venom
Nothing will stand in Jack’s way if his sweetheart’s glasses slipped down his nose.
Teal’c (Jack): What are you doing?
Jack (Teal’c): If I am to remain in this body, I must shave my head.
Teal’c (Jack): You’re making a joke, right?
Jack (Teal’c): I am not joking.
Teal’c (Jack): Teal’c, you will not shave my head.
Jack (Teal’c): It is presently my head, O’Neill.
OMG It amazes me how much you can easily tell they are not actually themselves but each other… Chris/O’Neill mimicry and RDA/Teal’C’s BROW!!!
The further amazing communication skills of Col. Jack O’Neill and Dr. Daniel Jackson, PhD
fffff this episode is amazing. I haven’t even moved on yet in my rewatch.
Sam: Sir. I think you should know that General Hammond authorised me to take command of the team if I determined that you…
Jack: Do it now.
Sam: Sir, I don’t think that’s necessary
Jack: I trust you. I’ll make it easy for you. I resign. You’re in charge.
Sam: Sir, at your house before Daniel and Teal’c showed up, what I was gonna say was …
Jack: I know.Stargate SG-1, 7x22: Lost City
HEY, remember that time there was supposed to be a kiss in this scene? And then I was really sad that there wasn’t? Yeah, me too.
YES GODDAMMIT!!! I WANT IT BACK TOO!!!
Season 7 was supposed to be the last, so finally giving them an overdue moment felt natural… but then the show got picked up for another one… Ah.
DANIEL: I’m gonna miss you guys.
O’NEILL: Yeah, you too.
DANIEL: Thank you. For everything.
O’NEILL: So, what? See you around?
DANIEL: I don’t know.

SG-1 set was full of beauty and fun. I wish I could have a work family like that for once in my life. *And I wanna hug Martin Wood. The man is Brilliant*

I like your toothy smile
It never fails to beguile
Whichever way the wind is blowing
I like the way this is goingSynopsis | Life is pretty much perfect for kindergarden teacher Jeanine (Amanda Tapping) and her policeman husband Steven (Nathan Fillion). Although unable to have children of their own, Jeanine and Stevens plan to adopt is almost within their grasp. But when Steven is killed in the line of duty, Jeanine spirals into depression, and begins abusing pills to cope. Refusal from the adoption agency is the nail in the coffin, and in Jeanine’s desperate attempt to keep herself from crumbling, she trades her kindergarden classroom for high school. It’s quite an adjustment, but one student in particular, the enigmatic Kelly (Emma Stone) shows true promise, and Jeanine takes it upon herself to help the young woman reach her full potential. But when she meets Kelly’s father, arrogant novelist Thomas (Richard Dean Anderson), the two don’t see eye-to-eye on the direction Kelly’s future should take, and neither can stand the other. When Kelly plans a dinner to hash things out between the two, both words and sparks fly, and Jeanine starts to feel something she thought she’d lost. Romance, Drama.
Why is this not real? Why is this not real? Why is this not real? WHY IS THIS NOT REAL?!?!?!?!?!

Sam: It’s funny really, I was out driving, you know….in my car, and I um… I drove here.
Jack: Funny.

No words will suffice to describe my utter admiration for this two-parter episode. If I were forced into exile and allowed to take along only one episode of SG-1, this would be it.
